What are hearts?
Hearts are just what we call points! Each time you complete certain activities, you’ll earn sprinkles. Then you can redeem them for a discount on a future order.Â
How do I earn hearts?
There are so many ways! You can earn by treating yourself to our products, following us on social media, referring a friend, and soon, participating in our crafty challenges! For all the ways to earn, you can check out the list in the “Hearts Rewards” section of your account page.
How do I use my hearts?
You can redeem your hearts for discounts on orders. For every 100 hearts you earn, you’ll get a $5 off coupon! Redeem your hearts in the My Rewards widget, the Hearts Rewards section of your account, or even at checkout!
How do I refer a friend?
Just share your referral link found on your Hearts Rewards page! When your friend treats themselves using the link, you’ll both be rewarded!
Why hearts?
I just thought it sounded more fun than points. I wanted something that matched the theme of our business name, and “earning nuts” didn’t quite have the same ring to it as hearts!Â
