Your Designs Come True

We know how frustrating it can be to not find the right product to fit your needs. It can also be annoying if you just need one or five of a design, but have to buy in significantly higher quantities (we know because both of those have happened to us. Exactly what am I supposed to do with 75 of the same patch!?) So we decided to give custom access to everyone. Send us your design and if we can, we’ll make it happen. Just need one or two? That’s fine! Need 75, that’s fine, too!

How do I order custom designs?

Contact us! Send us an email at hello@heartandsquirrel.com to get the process going. After the design has been finalized, we’ll create a custom listing on the site for you to purchase.

What design requirements do you have?

All designs must be:

in black and white
something that will actually fit and work on a small patch
be in a jpeg, png, or svg format

I have a hand-drawn design. Can you turn that into a patch?

Yes! We can turn any black and white hand-drawn line artwork into a design for a patch. Contact us at hello@heartandsquirrel.com for more info on how we can do this!

Can you create designs for me?

Maybe! If you have an idea, let us know and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products, unless there is an error or mistake with the product you received. Please contact us for any issues with your order.

Shipping info?

For all orders under $35, shipping is a flat rate of $5.99. All orders over $35 ship for free! Currently, we only ship to the U.S.

How do I care for my patches?

All of our patches are made from leatherette, which is a vegan leather. They are machine washable & dryer safe. Like anything though, the nicer you care for your items the longer they last!
