Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide!

How much is shipping?

For all U.S. orders under $35, shipping is a flat rate of $5.99. All U.S. orders over $35 ship for free!

For Canada, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $15, and for the rest of the world, $20.

International customers are responsible for any additional customs, tariffs, or VAT fees added when your order enters your country. We make every effort to provide accurate information on our customs forms for this purpose.

How are your products made?

All of our products are made using a laser engraver. No ink is used, so the design will not wear off like other printing methods.

When will my order ship?

Made to Order items ship within 10 business days. Custom order shipping times will vary.

Is the color I see exactly what I’ll get?

Just like all creative endeavors, each patch color and appearance may vary slightly depending on your personal computer settings. We do our best to take high quality photos that accurately depict our products, but as with all handmade products, slight color appearances may vary in person from the screen.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products, unless there is an error or mistake with the product you received. Please contact us for any issues with your order.

How do I care for my patches?

All of our patches are made from leatherette, which is a vegan leather. They are machine washable & dryer safe. Like anything though, the nicer you care for your items the longer they last!

Do you do custom orders?

Yes! If you have a design or an idea for a design that you’d like, please feel free to contact us and we’ll see if we can make it happen for you!

Do coconuts migrate?

It could be carried by an African swallow! An African swallow maybe, but not a European swallow. But then of course, uh, African swallows are non-migratory, so they couldn’t bring a coconut back anyway. Unless…supposing two swallows carried it together? They’d have to have it on a line.
